I've been collecting music quotes for some time now and the most quotable person I've come across is Quincy Jones. Quincy is celebrating 80 years on the planet this year and over 60 years in the music business. Mr. Jones has earned his reputation as a renaissance man of American music, having distinguished himself as a bandleader, a solo artist, a sideman, a songwriter, a producer, an arranger, a film composer, and a record label executive. Outside of music, he's also written books, produced major motion pictures, and helped create television series. It you've read through my Useless Info page you know that Quincy holds the record for Grammy nominations at 79, of which he has won 27, including a Grammy Legend Award in 1991.
